Being new to Chicago and trying to find new everything can be quite overwhelming. We decided to schedule an appointment for our son and I was blown away by the hospitality. I was greeted immediately with a welcoming smile and conversation from the front desk. The entire team made me feel right at home in the city and this community. The doctor was amazing and general as well. We are excited to have found our new dental home.

Had a great experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. Dr. Baftiri took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. Their modern equipment made this appointment very seamless and smooth. I highly recommend this office.

If you are looking for a Dentist or Orthodontist I highly recommend White Dental Studio! The office has a wonderful environment, the staff is kind and caring and the orthodontist Dr. Patel, is one of the nicest and professional doctors I have had the pleasure to meet. If you are in need of braces I can’t recommend this office enough. Good job guys. Keep up the great work!

This post is long overdue but i feel its important to share in hopes of saving others time and money. Back in October/November 2024 I visited the practice quite a few times and was immediately impressed by the care and kindness shown by the dental hygienists and Dr. Skylar. They made me feel truly comfortable throughout my visits, and their warm, professional manner set a positive tone right from the start. However, the experience took a frustrating turn when I discovered I was overcharged for several dental services. I strongly advise anyone using their services to be well-versed in your dental insurance benefits and to review your Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) carefully to avoid unexpected costs. The most disturbing aspect of my visit was receiving a claim denial from my MEDICAL insurance two months after my DENTAL insurance had already paid for the services. I never presented my medical insurance card when checking in, so I was puzzled by this development. After some research, I learned that Dr. Tofovic is the founder/CEO of an AI billing solution that automatically processes dental services through medical insurance. Had such a great first visit here! Karina was so helpful and thorough over the phone and in person, answering all of my questions! The hygienist, Martina, did an amazing job with my cleaning, super gentle and she was so fun to talk to! I met with Dr. Skylar briefly which was fantastic, she's very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly before my upcoming fillings. I really appreciated that the team looked into my insurance ahead of time so I felt totally comfortable with what was covered. Everyone was so positive, communicative, and professional.
